Love Your Love, all education, software, analyzers, signals, and other trademarks used with LYL Consulting LLP & LYL Consulting LLP products, including the all-associated websites, social media, website, and all sites operated by LYL Consulting LLP, are owned by LYL Consulting LLP.
The undersigned agrees that he shall not use or reproduce such trademarks without written permission from LYL Consulting LLP. All codes, images, content, and media of all types on all sites shall not be used for any purpose other than direct viewing by the undersigned. All associated websites and other websites are owned by LYL Consulting LLP, including the look and feel of such sites.

Undersigned agrees that information collected of the undersigned including registration details, personal details, any audio/video recording shall be the sole property of LYL Consulting LLP. LYL Consulting LLP & LYL Consulting LLP’s products and services are owned and operated by LYL Consulting LLP.
Products and/or Services include all services, materials, information, and content delivered to a subscriber through direct communication, electronic or printed media. LYL Consulting LLP products and/or services are intended for use solely by the individual that has subscribed or purchased products directly from LYL Consulting LLP.
Direct viewing means for one’s own personal use exclusively.
This limits any subscriber from using the content to create content of their own that is anyway using the content we make and distribute it outside of our website and if within our website, without the express written permission of LYL Consulting LLP. This applies even if giving credit to us as the originator of the idea or concept. Obviously claiming a concept as your own would also be a breach of the terms of service, as this would be using it in a way other than direct viewing.
Teaching the strategies, we teach, in the separate forum of any manner electronic, paper, in person or another media type, using the content we teach to distribute signals, trading ideas, education, articles or videos whether public, private, for-profit or not for profit, would be a breach of the terms of service. Also, the coaching done by LYL Consulting LLP is to be used for individual benefit only. Sharing the course material with anybody who’s not the desired person is punishable.
The parties agree that any breach of the above said terms shall cause LYL Consulting LLP liquidated damages to the tune of rupees 10 lakh per breach, and the party in breach shall be liable to compensate LYL Consulting LLP for the same.

- Electronic Communications

- E-Commerce & Privacy
The Website https://leadyourlove.com/ sells self-improvement courses online. The use of any product or service bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury, or damages that may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address, and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Credit card details are not kept by the Provider under any circumstances.

I understand this Program, marketing materials related to it, and its content contain copyrights, trademarks, and other original works of LYL Consulting LLP, and that any duplication or derivative works are unlawful. I agree that I will not disclose to any such competing individual or company any of the content I am exposed to at the Program or use of the information I learn in a Program as the basis for a competing business. This material is confidential, and for my personal private use only. Recording any portion of this Program will result in being charged a fine of ₹ 100 lakhs, and will be permanently banned from all future events and blacklisted from further transactions with LYL Consulting LLP.
I do and will not own, operate or work for a company or internet website that teaches people how to let go of their subconscious insecurities and teaches men how to be successful with women/men and dating for at least 5 years after attending the program.
I will forfeit to LYL Consulting LLP any revenue earned from operating or working for a company or internet website that teaches people how to let go of their subconscious insecurities and teaches men how to be successful with women and dating during the 5-year period, and I am still obligated to keep all trade secrets confidential.
I understand and agree that the ideas, concepts, techniques, and views that I will be exposed to are an opinion only, to be used for entertainment purposes only, and not to be considered as professional advice. I agree never to use any of the content that you learn in an unlawful manner.
I shall not hold LYL Consulting LLP or its principal shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any damages as a result of using or my inability to use the concepts I learn at this training and other third-party providers used, or any other product or service you are exposed to as a result of my relationship with LYL Consulting LLP.
